  • At the checkout screen, click the [Enter new address] dropdown and then click the [Enter new address] button to show the Delivery and Billing address Fields
  • These values will update once you have entered an appropriate address and delivery country
  • The most common reason for this is due to a mismatch with the billing address & postcode, these fields must match the billing address and postcode registered to the card at the bank
